To exchange Ether for PANX Tokens, a KYC procedure (Know your Customer) must be performed. Personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, date of birth, travel document (passport), nationality, gender, wallet address are required for this and to fulfil our contractual obligations. The data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired. Data linked to a user account (see below) will be retained in any case for the duration of the account management.
